Memorial created 04-16-2007 by

McKayla W. Geisinger
December 20 1993 - March 19 2007

We made a quilt for "A World at War" aka World War II. Every group of 2 or 3 people would make a quilt square in one of McKayla's favorite colors. (i had my camera zoomed in WAY too far, so i couldn't get the Geisinger part under it. Every time i pushed the button to take a picture, i jerked the camera up)

This is the entire quilt

At school, we made a 'McKayla's Wall' by her locker

This is the whole wall

My Best Friend Her face, so beautiful, it lights up a room. Her eyes, so blue, when they smile at you. Her smile, always there, no matter what the case. Her laugh, so sweet, though, she was never neat. Her hair, so gold, it glimmered and gleamed. Her personality, the best, she could have aced THAT test. Her name, so clean, it whistled the scene. McKayla ~Amanda Geisinger~ ^if i did anything wrong, Amanda, please email me, my new email's on the first page

This is the little pin that the soccer team wore at the funeral. I think Erin's mom made them. (correct me if im wrong)

Still With You Don't shed a single tear, Don't think a single fear. Don't cry for me, Don't wallow in your grief. I'm still with you, Always here. I'm still with you, Oh my dear, oh my dear. Think of all the fun. Of every run. Of every time that we were near. So don't cry for me, Don't wallow in your grief, I'm still with you, Always here. I'm still with you. Oh my dear, oh my dear. I shall always be with you, If ever you choose. I'll be there to see all your new shoes. Don't be sad, That's not what I want. You must believe, I'm still with you, Always here. I'm still with you, Oh my dear, oh my dear. ~Michelle Contos~

This is the piece of paper we put on McKayla's locer.

At the beginning of the year, we were supposed to cut out letters and sayings out of magazines to spell our name, and the things we like, and one picture. As you can see, her sayings were: Family, fun, star, home, love, life, new, big dog, 'oh, i wish', perfect, and my personal favorite, 'THERE AIN'T NO BUGS ON ME!'
